Development Appeal Information

How do I file my appeal?

You will have to file your appeal either with the Municipality's Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) or with the Province's Land and Property Rights Tribunal. Visit our Subdivision and Development Appeals page for more information.

Any persons claiming to be adversely affected by the above discretionary development permits or variances may file an appeal by the noted appeal deadline, to SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD (SDAB) through our Municipal online form or to the or the Land and PROPERTY RIGHTS TRIBUNAL, as may be applicable.
